In Settings, under **Connect**, you now see your ad accounts and the platforms that are still to connect, in one button. If a synchronisation fails, the connection is marked as broken instead of silently going stale.

With the accounts connected, the agent can cross spend, impressions, clicks and conversions reported by the platform with the traffic Trackingplan sees on the site: the same purchase, counted once.

**Who it is for:** paid media teams and the agencies that run their clients' campaigns.

**Where:** Settings, Connect. More on the paid media use case: [Protect your ad spend](/landings/paid-media).
