## What's New?

Our traffic anomaly detection algorithm now extends its coverage to [**traffic drops**](/docs/warning-and-updates) and events with few hits, without requiring any minimum threshold at all. It automatically adjusts to the high variability typically observed in sporadic events, allowing you to detect anomalous user behavior across all your events.

## How Does This Benefit You?

### Comprehensive Monitoring

- **Increased Coverage**: Detect anomalous user behavior in events with few hits, ensuring that no potential issues go unnoticed.
- **Adaptive Algorithm**: Our algorithm adjusts to the high variability observed in sporadic events, providing accurate anomaly detection regardless of event frequency.

### Actionable Insights

- **Proactive Notifications**: Receive notifications when there are significant changes in event traffic, allowing you to promptly address any potential issues.
- **Root Cause Analysis**: Identify the root cause of traffic anomalies, whether it's a bug in the funnel, a redesign, or changes related to business or marketing activities.

## Customization Options

- **Deactivation**: You can always deactivate hit-drop warnings if needed, giving you control over the alerts you receive.
- **Customized Thresholds**: Customize the traffic threshold at which warnings trigger, allowing you to adjust sensitivity based on your specific requirements.
