# Full-screen conversations inside the panel

The agent now opens inside the Trackingplan panel, taking the whole screen, on top of the plan you are working on.

The agent now opens inside the panel, full screen, on top of the plan you are in. You do not leave the plan to ask a question, and you come back to exactly where you were.

**Who it is for:** anyone who moves between a warning, an event page and a question about them several times a day.
