# Interrupted answers, and files to download

If an answer is cut off before saying anything, the conversation says so and offers to try again. A file the agent delivers is downloaded from the same conversation.

Two fixes to the edges of a conversation.

If an answer is interrupted before it says anything, the conversation tells you and offers to try again, instead of leaving an empty turn.

A file the agent delivers, an export, a CSV, a document, is downloaded from that same conversation.
