# Queue your next questions

While the agent answers, you can line up the next questions, reorder them or send one right away. Since September 24 the queue survives a change of screen.

While the agent is answering, you can leave the next questions ready, reorder them, or send one of them right away. The agent takes them in order when it finishes.

**Update, September 24:** the queue is kept if you change screen before the answer is done.

**Who it is for:** anyone who thinks of the third question while the first one is running.

**Where:** the composer of every conversation.
