# The state of each conversation

In the list of conversations, a dot marks an answer you have not read yet and a loading indicator marks one that is still running.

In the list of conversations, a dot now marks an answer you have not read yet, and a loading indicator marks a conversation that is still running.

**Who it is for:** anyone with more than one open thread, in particular the agency lead with a conversation per client.

**Where:** the conversations list in the panel.
