Open the plan selector at the bottom of the menu and click ** Settings & Members**. Your changes apply when you click ** Save and reload**. ** Close without saving** discards them. You'll find them in three blocks: **Settings**, ** Members & Sharing** and ** Account**. ## Destinations **Manage destinations** lists your plan's destinations, each with a switch to enable or disable it. ** Automatically disable new accounts** keeps any account that is not in the list out of your destinations until you enable it. ## Warnings Warning settings for the whole plan: which warnings you see, how much tolerance each one has, and the consent warnings. See [Warnings & Updates](/docs/warning-and-updates). ## Digests & Notifications - **Regular digests**: - The **Weekly summary**, every Monday. - The **Daily summary**, with the current state of your tracking data. - **New warnings**, a daily digest with only new warnings and recently detected elements. Choose who receives them with **Edit recipients**. - **Personalized digests**: with ** Add new personalized digest**, you pick destinations and labels, and the people you choose get a digest of their notifications. - **Real-time notifications**: ** Allow real-time email notifications** lets each event notify its own recipients as soon as something happens. ## Consent Your Consent Management Platform and its acceptance criteria, the destinations that use Google Consent Mode, and the low-traffic filter. See [Consent & Cookie Monitoring](/docs/consent-and-cookie-monitoring). ## AI Features - **Enable AI features** controls the AI features of the plan for all its users: the AI chat, Threads and Reports, Analyze on warnings, events and destinations, and others. - **Browser domains** lists the sites Trackingplan can browse, subdomains included: `example.com`, `example.*`. `*.*` means any site. The AI providers behind these features are listed in Trackingplan's External Vendor Audit. All processing stays in the EU, and your data is never used to train the providers' models. The AI only reads the analytics data Trackingplan already stores for the plan, masked by default and isolated from other plans. It never sees payment data or credentials. Trackingplan applies them in every thread on the plan, and adds what members agree on in threads, so nobody has to explain the same thing twice. **Add rule** adds one by hand. ** Edit** and ** Delete** fix anything wrong or outdated. ![Settings & Members > Plan context](/images/docs-settings-plan-context.png) Settings & Members > Plan context ## Connect Connect Slack, the MCP endpoint, ad platforms and custom connectors. See [Slack](/docs/slack), [MCP Endpoint](/docs/mcp-endpoint) and [Ad Platforms](/docs/ad-platforms). ## Team Members Who has access to the plan, and their role: **Admin**, ** Editor** or ** Viewer**. To invite someone, click ** Add new team member**. ## Sharing - **Show daily hits and property samples**: people who open a shared link also see your events' daily hits and sample values. - **Questions on public report links**: report owners can let anyone with a report's public link ask Trackingplan about it, no account needed. Keep in mind that answers can include any data from the plan, not only what the report shows. Each report has a daily limit. See [Sharing](/docs/sharing). ## Plan - **Plan alias**, to identify the plan in your list of plans. - **Group**, to organize your plans in groups. - **Notes template**, the starting text for description notes. ## Change History Every change you and your teammates have made to the tracking plan, grouped by day. Each one shows the element and its area, who did what, and when. ## User account - **Two-Factor Authentication**: ask for a verification code every time you sign in. - **Sound notification**: play a sound when Trackingplan finishes answering.
