Key Metrics at a Glance
Your Plans Overview is your one-stop shop to see all your plans in a single, easy-to-navigate interface and instantly access key metrics to help you stay on top of all your plans’ performance:
Let’s do a breakdown of all you’ll be able to see in a single quick view:
- Dates: See when the plan was created, and track the last recorded change for each of your plans.
- Starred Items with Warnings: Quickly identify how many of your plans have critical starred items that require your attention.
- Unread Warnings: Keep track of any warnings that haven’t been addressed yet, so nothing slips through the cracks.
- Active Warnings: Monitor ongoing issues to ensure they are being resolved promptly.
Instant Status Indicators
Our new status indicators make it easier than ever to understand the current state of each plan:
Pending installation: Plans that are awaiting setup.
Warming up: Plans that are in the initial stages of execution.

Pinned Plans
You can now pin multiple plans at the top of your Plans Overview for quick and easy access. This feature is fully customizable on a per-user basis, meaning that only the plans you choose to pin will appear in your overview—perfect for keeping your workspace personalized and clutter-free.
All My Plans
Get a comprehensive view of all your plans in one place, with all the details and metrics you need. This section also allows you to create a new plan directly, making it easier to expand your projects without missing a beat.
New functionalities
Access Plan Settings (only for admins)
Access and manage everything you need for your plan directly from Trackingplan’s Plans Overview. Easily invite new members, control who will receive Daily Digest for each of your plans, and customize your plan's alias or group.
Create groups
Add the plan within a group: This will allow you to organize your plans by team/category with flexible configurations per plan:
- By vertical: e.g., sports, eCommerce…
- By client: e.g., Zalando's Android, Zalando Web, Zalando iOS
- By the analyst in charge of the plan: e.g., Kate’s plans, Mike’s plans, etc.
Create Plans
We’ve streamlined the plan creation process, allowing you to directly navigate to the plan creation view. This enhancement simplifies the installation process, removing the need for the initial signup onboarding and getting you up and running faster.
Search Plans
Finding the right plan has never been easier. With the new search functionality, you can quickly locate plans by alias or TPID, ensuring you can access the information you need when you need it.
