In the new panel, a guided welcome tour shows the first steps from the home: where the warnings are, where the agent is, where a plan is set up.
The agent's answer and the title of the conversation follow the language of your message: ask in Spanish and the thread is in Spanish; ask in English and it is in English.
Who it is for: new users, and teams that work in more than one language.
