Reports · written, edited, scheduled
Trackingplan writes your marketing reports from site traffic, ad accounts, GA4 or Adobe and your warehouse. You edit them, sign them and schedule them. Ask once in plain English; the charts and what changed come with it.
Ask it
The agent works from your real traffic, investigates before it answers, and shows the evidence. Two threads a paid media lead would open here.
Leads by platform this week — what changed?
Meta leads fell 40% from Wednesday, when three prospecting campaigns were paused on that platform. It’s a change in the incoming traffic, not in tracking: Google Ads and organic held their level, and every lead form still reaches all three platforms.

Every Monday at 8am, email the paid media team the conversion gaps across Meta, Google and TikTok, with the fixes.
Automation created. Every Monday at 08:00 in your timezone the paid media team gets one email: the purchase gap between GA4 and each ad platform for the previous week, what explains it, and the fix whenever the cause is an implementation error rather than attribution.
This is what next Monday’s would say today. Meta +6.8% against GA4 (view-through and iOS consent, expected). Google Ads −3.1% (expected: enhanced conversions off on two campaigns). TikTok −41% (not expected: the pixel drops value when the cart has a coupon since release v91, 1,240 purchases affected). The TikTok item comes with the hits and the line to change in the tag.
It goes to paid-media@northwind.example and to Ashley. A fix is only included when the cause is in your tracking; attribution differences are explained, not “fixed”.

Sources · one report, every number
A report reads the hits Trackingplan sees on your site, spend, clicks, CTR, CPC, conversions and ROAS from eleven ad platforms, the metrics in GA4 or Adobe Analytics, and the tables in your BigQuery warehouse. No exports to stitch together.
Ask · in plain English
Turn on Report mode in a thread and ask your question, or start a blank report and say what it should cover. Trackingplan writes the text, builds the charts and tables, and keeps the numbers behind every chart one click away.
Edit · your touch
Change the text yourself or tell Trackingplan what to change. Every save is a new version with its author, so you can see what changed and restore an earlier one. Add your reading of the numbers before it goes out.
Refresh and schedule
Refresh a report for yesterday, the last 7 or 30 days, last week, last month or your own dates, with instructions for that run. Or schedule it daily, weekly or monthly, and it arrives without anyone rebuilding it.
Deliver · where people read
Email it to anyone, clients and managers without a Trackingplan account included. Post it in Slack or Teams, share it with your plan, or publish a link that needs no sign-in. Download it as PDF or HTML, and see who opened it.
Agencies · your brand
Send every client a report in your agency's logo and colors, with the evidence behind each number. Agencies already get hours back: On Top Media 25 to 30 a month, Elogia 12.
For every team
Analysts get the weekly KPI report with the anomalies and the tracking issues that moved a number. Paid media gets spend, CTR, conversions and ROAS by campaign, with the gaps between platform and site. The DPO gets a weekly compliance audit of cookies, vendors, consent and PII. SEO gets organic traffic and conversions by landing page.

This isn’t a sales call. It’s a chance to understand what matters most to you, discuss any data quality concerns you may have, and share practical ways Trackingplan could support your goals, if it makes sense.
FAQ
A written analysis that Trackingplan builds and keeps for you: text, charts and tables you can edit, refresh and share. Use a thread for a question, and a report for an analysis you want to keep and send.
