Analyze consent issues where they really happen

Trackingplan now allows you to break down the Consent Percentage Report in a much more actionable way, moving from “is consent broken?” to “exactly where, how, and why.”
You can now analyze consent by core event, cookies, known pixels, destinations, and contacted domains, giving you detailed insight into where consent is missing, misapplied, or bypassed. This makes it faster and easier to troubleshoot and fix consent-related tracking issues.
- Analyze by core event: Understand which key user interactions (page_view, purchase, signup, etc.) are occurring without required consent. This helps identify exactly which events are at risk.
- By destination: See which analytics or marketing providers (GA4, Meta, Google Ads, etc.) are receiving data without proper consent, ensuring no vendor collects data incorrectly.
- By destination and event: Analyze specific event-destination combinations to spot partial misconfigurations, e.g., a destination that mostly respects consent but still receives certain events without permission.
- By cookie present on the page: Audit cookies set or read prematurely, helping prevent marketing or analytics cookies from being created before consent is granted.
- By known pixel: Check that recognized third-party pixels (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) only fire when consent is accepted, allowing fast identification of unwanted pixel activity.
- By contacted domain: View the average number of third-party domains contacted per page load without consent, providing a clear picture of your site’s privacy footprint and revealing unexpected or hidden trackers.
Why it matters: Digital analysts can now pinpoint the exact locations and causes of consent issues, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations and protecting the integrity of their analytics data.
