Overview

Trackingplan is your digital analytics agent: it watches every hit your site and apps send, answers your questions about the data and audits it.

Trackingplan is your digital analytics agent. It answers your team's performance, consent and martech questions, automates the routine work, and audits your data so it always tells the truth.

What Trackingplan sees

Trackingplan looks at your data where it is produced. That means every request your site and apps send to your analytics, ads and marketing tools, plus the data layer behind them, the consent state of each hit and the versions of your tag manager. Connect your ad platforms and it also reads their spend and reported results.

Trackingplan captures each request where it is produced, before it reaches your platforms and dashboards.

From that traffic, Trackingplan learns your tracking plan by itself: your events, properties and destinations, and how they behave. You don't have to describe any of it first.

What it does with it

  • Answers your questions. Ask the agent in plain language, in a thread, in Slack or from your IDE. It answers from the raw traffic and shows the queries behind each figure.
  • Watches your tracking. It raises a warning when something breaks or changes, and checks consent and personal data on every hit. See Warnings & Updates.
  • Audits it for you. Audits and Daily Checks check what your team cares about and say what to change.
  • Writes your reports. The agent turns an analysis into a report you can edit, refresh and share.

Next steps

Three steps to get going:
